Once cooled, the glass ribbon is cut into various sizes and further processed to create a wide range of float glass products. Clear Float Glass

Tinted Float Glass

Reflective Glass

Reflective glass, also known as coated glass or mirror glass, has a metallic coating applied to one side of the glass surface. This coating allows the glass to reflect a significant portion of incoming light, providing privacy and reducing heat gain from sunlight. Reflective glass is commonly used in commercial buildings, offices, and residential windows, where both aesthetics and energy efficiency are important.

Low Iron Glass

Low Iron Glass, also known as Ultra-Clear Glass or Extra Clear Glass, is a type of float glass with reduced iron content. Iron impurities in regular float glass can give a slight greenish tint to the glass, affecting its color neutrality and optical clarity. Low Iron Glass is manufactured by carefully controlling the raw materials and refining processes to minimize the iron content, resulting in a highly transparent and colorless glass. It offers exceptional clarity and true color representation, making it ideal for applications that require high clarity and visual purity, such as display cases, aquariums, solar panels, and high-end architectural projects.

Hard Coated Low-e Glass

Hard Coated Low-e Glass is a type of energy-efficient glass that incorporates a thin, durable, and transparent low-emissivity (low-e) coating. The low-e coating is applied to the glass surface to reduce the transfer of heat and ultraviolet (UV) light while allowing visible light to pass through. This helps to improve the energy efficiency of buildings by minimizing heat gain in hot climates and heat loss in cold climates. Patterned glass is commonly used in shower doors, partitions, furniture, decorative applications, and areas where both aesthetics and privacy are desired.
